These terms apply when you use our website or place an order with Green Health Medical Inc. ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we sell to

We sell to businesses and individual consumers in Canada. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

Products

• Most items are sold by the case. Per-box, per-unit or per-tub prices are shown for reference only.
• We describe products as accurately as we can. Packaging, colours and manufacturer details may change.
• Use all products as the manufacturer directs. Our PPE and supplies are not a substitute for your own workplace safety assessment or infection-control procedures.

Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and shipping.
• GST, HST, PST or QST is charged based on the province of your shipping address.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before we ship, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Volume pricing is available on request. Contact us for a quote.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.
• We may limit quantities or cancel orders, for example because of stock limits, suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
• Orders ship promptly, so orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check your order carefully before you submit it.

Payment

• Payment is due when you order. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, all processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping, title and risk

We ship within Canada only, using UPS, Purolator or Canpar depending on the shipment. Shipping rates:

• Ontario: $20 on orders under $200; free on orders of $200 or more.
• Rest of Canada: $50 on orders under $500; free on orders of $500 or more.

Returns

All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered. Report these within 7 days of delivery, with photos, to sales@greenhealthmedicalinc.com. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Warranty and liability

• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Consumers: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other consumer protection laws. Where those laws apply, they take priority over these terms.

Website use

Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access or scraping content. Site content, logos and images belong to us or our suppliers.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, except where consumer law gives you the right to another forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
