We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who is responsible

Green Health Medical Inc. is responsible for personal information it collects. Our Privacy Officer is Victor Da Silva, Owner, reachable at sales@greenhealthmedicalinc.com or 647-613-0241.

What we collect

• Contact and order details: name, business name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, and order history.
• Account details: login email and password (stored encrypted) if you create an account.
• Payment details: these are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Messages: what you send us through our contact form or by email.

Why we use it

• Process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• Calculate and collect sales taxes based on your shipping province.
• Respond to questions and quote requests.
• Prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• Meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• Send marketing emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL).

We collect only what we need, and we use it only for the purposes above or as the law allows.

Consent

By placing an order or contacting us, you consent to our use of your information as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. Withdrawing consent may mean we can't complete an order.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Stripe, for payments
• Shipping carriers (UPS, Purolator or Canpar, depending on the shipment)
• Our website hosting provider and WooCommerce/WordPress plugins
• Email and analytics providers (we may use Google Analytics)
• Our accountants and QuickBooks Online, for bookkeeping

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Storage outside Canada

Some providers, such as Stripe, may store or process data in the United States or other countries. When they do, your information may be subject to those countries' laws.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and your account. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work.

Security and retention

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, including SSL encryption. We keep order records for 7 years for tax purposes, and other information only as long as we need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask questions about how we handle it. Email sales@greenhealthmedicalinc.com or call 647-613-0241. We'll respond within 30 days. If you aren't satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Breaches

If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we'll notify you and the Privacy Commissioner, as PIPEDA requires.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top.
